All sales are final

Sheet music is delivered instantly as a digital PDF download, so all sales are final and purchases can’t be returned or refunded, except for accidental duplicate purchases (below).

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open, or you received the wrong piece, email B.K.Sorensen@outlook.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your Stripe receipt). We’ll resend the correct file or fix the problem.

Accidental duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same piece twice, email B.K.Sorensen@outlook.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll refund the extra copy. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
