Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy digital sheet music from Brenden Sorensen on this website (B.K.Sorensen@outlook.com). [DECISION NEEDED: seller’s legal name, business name or entity, and mailing address]

What you’re buying

Each purchase is a digital PDF file of sheet music, delivered as a download right after payment. No physical product is shipped.

Prices, tax and payment

• Prices are in US dollars.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on your address. [DECISION NEEDED: confirm which states/countries tax is collected in]
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and never reach this website.

Your license to use the music

The music and arrangements are copyrighted works of Brenden Sorensen. Buying a PDF gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the copyright. You may:

• download the PDF and keep it for your own use;
• print copies for your own practice and performance. [DECISION NEEDED: how many printed copies are allowed]
• [DECISION NEEDED: may teachers make copies for students? May churches or groups make copies for an ensemble or choir, or should they buy one copy per player?]

You may not:

• share, upload, resell or distribute the PDF or copies of it;
• post the PDF or its contents on websites, social media or file-sharing services;
• remove copyright notices from the music.

Downloads

Download links appear on your order page after payment. Each link works for a short time for security; you can return to your order page for fresh links for 30 days. If you have any trouble, email B.K.Sorensen@outlook.com.

Refunds

All sales are final, except that an accidental duplicate purchase of the same piece is refunded. If there’s a problem with your download, we’ll resend the file. See the Refund Policy.
